The app may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features, data sources, and stored information may be updated or removed as part of normal operation or maintenance.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, or that captured data will remain available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

The operator may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, creates risk, or uses the app in a way that may harm the service or others.
